Site information
Nutrition Disclaimer
Last updated:
This independent reference uses the Panera US nutrition guide effective4/8/2026 (VERSION 1, EDITION 1). Its calculator is arithmetic over published rows, not a recipe model or personalized nutrition service.
Listed servings and rounding
Every value applies to the serving printed for that row. Published values may be rounded, so multiplying a quantity multiplies the displayed value and does not recover an unrounded laboratory measurement. “<” means less than the shown amount, “N/A” means not applicable, and “Not reported” means the guide did not publish a value for that field.
Prepared items, components, and catering
Prepared products, individual components, and catering entries remain separate official rows. The site does not infer which components make up a recipe or convert a catering quantity into an assumed individual portion. Add only the rows and quantities that match what you intend to compare.
Preparation and current availability
Recipes, substitutions, customizations, portioning, preparation, and bakery-cafe availability may vary or change after the guide date. A total on this site cannot confirm the contents or availability of a specific order. Check current official information and ask the bakery-cafe when a detail matters.
Caffeine
Caffeine values are approximate and the guide reports them for beverages only. A blank or non-applicable caffeine field must not be interpreted as a guarantee that a product contains no caffeine.
Allergens and dietary suitability
Nutrition values do not identify every ingredient, allergen, preparation surface, or cross-contact risk. They also do not establish that an item is suitable for a particular diet. Do not use this calculator to determine allergy safety; review current official allergen information and speak directly with the restaurant when needed.
Not medical advice
This site does not diagnose, treat, or recommend a personal calorie or nutrient target. For medical conditions, pregnancy, medication concerns, eating disorders, or individual nutrition planning, consult an appropriate qualified professional rather than relying on this tool alone.
